Step 1: Open https://[YOUR TENANT NAME].admin.glex.no/account/login in a web browser.

Swap out [YOUR TENANT NAME] with the proper name of your tenant. Have a look at How to find your tenant name if you are unsure about how to find your tenant.

Step 2: Click the Forgot password button

Step 3: Enter your email address and click Submit. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email.
