Note that only Administrators or users with the correct permission to Delete users are allowed to delete users in the portal.
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal
Step 2: Navigate to Administration/Users in the sidebar
Step 3: Click the Actions button on the user you want to delete
Step 4: Click Delete in the dropdown menu
Step 5: Click “Yes” in the delete dialog
