Locate the Output Log

If a developer asks you to send them your output log or error log, usually needed for debugging, you can perform the following steps to find it:

Instructions (Windows):

  1. Open the File Browser window

  2. Locate and open your C: drive

  3. Make sure Hidden elements are visible*

  4. Open the following path: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME**]\AppData\LocalLow\Glex AS\Glex

  5. Locate the file named Player.log as seen in the image below, and send it to the developer

 

*To turn on Hidden elements, locate the View tab in the top of your File Browser window and check the check-box as seen in the image below.

 

** Replace [YOUR_USERNAME] with the username of your Windows account.
