How to Edit, Export and Import Prospect Parameters

Instructions

1) Open Prospect Info-box

By double-clicking your prospect in MapView you can open the info-box

General Tab

Here you can see a summary of some propsect attributes collected from the prospect’s data table.

Risk Tab

Clicking on the Risk tab will view the prospects Risk Plot

The Risk Plot is drawn using data from the prospect’s Probability Fractions found in the Data Table (Part 3)

 

2) Prospect Options Overview

On the left-hand side of the info box are the following options icons:

 

View Attachments - Opens dialog window where you can upload of view supporting documentation in the following formats:

Images files (*jpeg, *png)

Data files (*las, *csv, *dev)

Documents (*pdf, *excel, *ppt)

Comments (enter manually)

 

Go To Position - Zooms to position on map

Change Layer - Will open new box allowing you to move the prospect to another Layer Group

View and edit data table- viewing, editing prospect attributes

Export - Will allow you to export the prospect and associated metadata as a geojson file.

 

 

3) View and Edit Prospect Data

Click on the View and edit data table button

In this table you can view, edit, import and export your prospect attributes for up to 3 cases.

When finished editing, click save button before closing.

 

 

4) How to Export data in NPD Standard Format

Click the export button in the top right corner

In the pop-up box, select a location and name. Then click Save

 

5) How To Import prospect data in NPD Standard Format

In order to import prospect/lead dataf from an external source it must be from the NPD Prospect Data format.

A template is available on the npd website in the link below:

status-report-surrender.xlsx (live.com)

Once you have filled out the excel sheet, click the import button in GLEX

Find your template and click Open

Your prospect data table will now be populated with data.
