Definition:

Permissions control who has access to data, or certain functionality in Glex.

Content Permissions can be set in several levels:

  • User - All new content created by a User is automatically assigned a User permission. Content can also be shared with one or more users.

  • Organizational Unit - Share content with an Organizational Unit as defined in the Admin Panel

  • Role - Share content with all users of a certain Role

  • Tenant - Share content with everyone in your Tenant

  • Tenant (external) - Share content with an external Tenant

  • Public - Make content publicly available
