Content permission
Content permissions control who has access to the data or content in Glex Energy. Any time something is created or uploaded into our applications, it receives a content permission.
There are several levels of content permissions that can be set.
Share content within your own company:
User permission: All new content created by a User is automatically assigned a User permission. Content can also be shared with one or more users.
Organizational Unit permission: Share content with an Organizational Unit as defined in the Admin Panel
Role permission: Share content with all users of a certain Role
Tenant permission: Share content with everyone in your Tenant
Share content outside of your own company:
Tenant (external) - Share content with an external Tenant
Public - Make content publicly available
External content permissions are currently not available for use by end-users. We are working on cross-tenant data sharing, and will add functionality for this in a later release.
