Definition:

A DataSource is a container that holds information needed to load data into Glex, and consists of several parts:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Layer information

    • List of SubLayer's

    • Lists of data within each SubLayer

    • Source information for each SubLayer (data provider, filenames, access level, etc)


DataSources can be listed from the DataSource Window.

Access Levels: Public, Company Read, Company Write, Third Party, Private
