Only Administrator roles, or roles which have enabled the Create new user permission is allowed to create new users. For more information about roles and permissions, visit
Users created manually will not be able to log in using OpenIdConnect after creation.
Step 1: Open https://[YOUR TENANT NAME].admin.glex.no/account/login in a web browser.
Swap out [YOUR TENANT NAME] with the proper name of your tenant. Have a look at this link if you are unsure about how to find your tenant.
Step 2: Log in with your username and password.
Step 3: Go to Administration/Users.
Step 4: Click the Create new user button in the top right corner.
Step 5: Fill out the User information, Roles and Organizational Units, then click Save. Note that all of the five checkmarks at the bottom of User information should be checked.
