If a developer asks you to send them your output log or error log, usually needed for debugging, you can perform the following steps to find it:
Instructions (Windows):
Open the File Browser window
Locate and open your C: drive
Make sure Hidden elements are visible*
Open the following path: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME**]\AppData\LocalLow\Glex AS\Glex
Locate the file named
...
Player.log
...
as seen in the image below, and send it to the developer
