Content Permissions can be set in several levels:
User - All new content created by a User is automatically assigned a User permission. Content can also be shared with one or more Usersusers.
Organizational Unit - Share content with an Organizational Unit as defined in the Admin Panel
Role - Share content with all users of a certain Role
Tenant - Share content with everyone in your Tenant
Tenant (external) - Share content with an external Tenant
Public - Make content publicly available
