In order to create a polygon through coordinates you must first draw one. You can then edit the polygon by double clicking it. In the top right corner a coordinate drop-down will appear where you can edit coordinates of the polygon.

In the edit menu it is also possible to change the name of the polygon.
The polygons are saved under the
data type found in the inspector
. From here it is possible to add it to the appropriate layer by clicking on the
symbol and selecting
. This will open an import window where you can select what the polygon represents and in what layer to store it (if this is for a new project you can also create a new layer here).
