If you already have a Status title .shp , Status title .json or Status title .Geojson file for of the prospect, it can be imported to Glex by following the steps detailed in the How to Import Prospect and Lead Shapefiles article.

From the toolbar select the pencil icon and select your preferred type of drawing. Drag drawing will generate a large number of data points to create a smooth line, while click drawing gives you time to set your points (adds a point every time you click, you can exit click drawing by double clicking the last point (this creates a final point) or clicking

In order to create a polygon through coordinates you must first draw onecreate a polygon with a couple of points. You can then edit coordinates of the points. Double click the polygon by double clicking it. In the top right corner a coordinate drop-down will appear where you can edit coordinates of the polygon.

In the edit menu it is also possible to change the name of the polygon.

The polygons are saved under with the

data type and can be found in the inspector

. From here it is possible to add it to the appropriate layer by clicking on the

. This will open an import window (detailed in further detail in the How to Import Prospect and Lead Shapefiles article) where you can select what the polygon represents and in what layer to store it (if this is for a new project you can also create a new layer here).
