In the Strat Filter you can create custom parent-child filters between different stratigraphic , and other data types.

You can select a ‘parent' stratigraphic unit (eg a Group) and then toggle through various ‘child’ data types. On the map you will see which 'child’ zones are present inside the parents top and base.

Child zones are drawn on the map as bars, displaying the top-to-base order in which they appear in the wellbore. The bars are annotated with unit name and thickness in MD.How to use the Strat Filter

The Strat Filter is located in the Windows tab in the top ribbon.

Upper will return the shallowest Child zone in your filter result, and Lower will return the deepest Child zone.

*Note that Upper and Lower are calculated using Measured Depth.
