Resolve Tenant manually
Problem
I’m getting the “Tenant couldn’t be resolved. Try adding manually.” message when I’m trying to log in.
Solution
Go through the following steps if you are unsure about the Tenant code / Company name:
Try writing the name of the company you are trying to log in at, with CamelCase* and no spaces.
If option 1 didn’t work: Find your account activation email. The Tenant Name is specified there, along with your name and username.
If your email domain should be included as an approved domain, make sure to send us a request HERE.
*CamelCase means that every new word should have a capital letter, like this: ThisIsCamelCase.
Why is this happening?
Having to resolve your Tenant Name (Company Name) manually is caused by the domain of your email not being included as an approved domain. This does not mean you can’t log in, just that you need to provide the correct Tenant manually. This message is often received when logging in with a generic domain (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.)
