Solution
Having to resolve your Tenant (Company Name) manually is caused by your domain of your email not being included as an approved domain. This does not mean you can’t log in, just that you need to provide the correct one. This message is often received when logging in with a generic domain (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.)
Go through the following steps if you are unsure about the Tenant code / Company name:
